Welcome to Club Penguin Atake's Advertised, Partnered & External Services Policy.

Our services are supported via external, partnered and advertised services. This policy gives you information on how those services support us and what does it mean for you.

Please read these Advertised, Partnered & External Services Policy carefully before using the website, application, and other services (“Service,” “Services”) operated by us. We reserve the right to change these rules with or without notice.

Introduction

Club Penguin Atake provides many services and opportunities for our users to enjoy the full experience. Although we offer a majority of our services through our own resources, there are certain services that are externally procured, collaborated with, or promoted, which aid us in fully establishing our present status. We have created this policy to ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of how those external services process or receive your data and how they work with our services.

For your own comfort, this policy is split into three parts that resemble the Advertised, Collaborated/Partnered and External services.

Advertised Services

Club Penguin Atake does not have advertised services.

Partnered Services

Waddle Penguins Island (waddlepenguins.me)

We've partnered with Fullmoon' Waddle Penguins Island to bring you back into the online world of Club Penguin Island.

Waddle Penguins Island does not use data from your Club Penguin Atake Account and requires its own account. The data transferred via the affiliate links that route to Waddle Penguins Island from our platform contains:

  1. web referrer,
  2. web campaign,
  3. Your Internet Protocol Address,
  4. Your country of residence.

External Services

Cloudflare

Club Penguin Atake relies on Cloudflare's services to protect, secure, and block access to undesired or malicious networks, as well as to host our websites (except for AS1, AS2, AS3, EP, PC, PC3).

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Google Analytics collects first-party cookies, data related to the device/browser, IP address (when collecting data, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses), and on-site/app activities to measure and report statistics about user interactions on the websites and/or apps that use Google Analytics. Gcore Labs CDN

Our media services, such as Club Penguin Atake TV, Club Penguin Atake Radio, and Club Penguin Atake E-Reader, frequently need the use of large media assets, such as movies, high-quality music files, and e-books. Those assets may take a long time to load depending on the player's location and internet speed. We work hard to ensure that our services are as fast as possible for people all around the world, which is why we use Gcore CDN to distribute media content.

When you request a media file from a CDN hosted by Gcore, the service processes the following information:

  1. cookies,
  2. Your country of residence,
  3. referrer,
  4. host,
  5. Your Internet Protocol Address,
  6. Your User Agent.

Short.io URL Shortener

Short.io is used by Club Penguin Atake and its management and owner group Fullmoon to shorten URLs and distribute them with the following domains: link.fullmoon.dev, l.tv.cpatake.boo, url.waddlepenguins.tk, r.waddlepenguins.me, redir.igp.waddlepenguins.tk.

When using one of those URLs, Short.io processes the following data:

  1. Geolocation based on IP Address - Country, City,
  2. URL of the link that was visited,
  3. Device information - OS, Browser
  4. Referrer
  5. Campaigns

Miscellaneous

If we make significant changes to these service-specific conditions, we will give you advance notice and the opportunity to review them. These terms may be updated to reflect changes in our policies, abuse or security issues, or legal and regulatory requirements. If a term is invalid or unenforceable, it has no bearing on the validity or enforceability of any other provisions in these terms of service.

To terminate your relationship with Club Penguin Atake, go to our Privacy Policy and find out how to close your account. If our online moderators discover an infringement of these terms, we reserve the right to terminate these conditions with respect to you. These rules apply only to your relationship with Fullmoon (Club Penguin Atake), and not to any other organisations or people, even if they legally profit from it.
